So does this mean all the local car dealerships have to start paying for
insurance for their low paid employees like the guys that transport cars, or
do their detailing.

How about the local arts and crafts store?

The gas station?

Dana, can't you see how this would spread?  The cost is eventually going to
be passed on to you in one way or another, unless we make it the individuals
problem.
