I watched a news investigation about Costco one day and I was really
impressed with the company overall. The founder still answers his own
phone. He works off of a folding table. The company has the lowest
churn rate in their field. The owner personally visits multiple
stores a day in different states. He wears a name tag like the rest
of the employees. I think I remember them saying the salary was
double what Sam's Club provided and they did provide generous
benefits.
