Ok...map yourself a drive out to Huber Heights Ohio. When you get off I70 you want to turn north on 202 you will find a building that MAY be temporiarily filled or empty. Your will notice plenty of expansion room, I heard a Bed Bath and Beyond might be moving in so it may not be empty anymore. This is where the Old walmart was. Also notice that many of the shops are empty now. Though you will also find on the left a lovely shopping center still thriving, we werre supposed to get a mall but Wal-mart lobbied against that. Now once you've seen that you'll find a road shull rd. Turn down it (right, turning the other way will take you to Lowes) continue down that road for a bit, mind the stop signs they're a pain in the toosh. You will hit 201 turn right again continue for a mile and you will find a NEW walmart along with quite a few other businesses. The fuinny thing is all these businesses were doing well in thier old location but since walmrt moved so did thay. You can find thier old vacant shops around town mostly where Walmart used to be or over by the Kmart and Kroger. You will notice its not a significant amount bigger and considering move of the shops next to the old wal-mart have a higher turnover than that wal-marts staff they could have obtained that extra land had thery needed to. I digress though you will also find out that they had an incentive to build a new walmart. Now if you still want to tour some more continue on untill you find Taylorsville Road. Take another right. Soon you will find yourself at 202 again. Take a Right (hey we're almost back to the highway). You''ll find a BRAND new Kroger, to your left behind the Fridays. Funny thing is though you won't see an old Kroger building. Why? Oh b/c instead of moving down the road to a new location. Kroger temporarily moved into a vacant building while they tore down and rebuilt thier other building. Interesting enough the BIG sproting good store (in that shoppping center where the Mall should have been but walmart stopped it) wasn't there during the walmart move and walmart could have opened up shop thier fairly easily. Anyways back to the highway now, oh yeah I forgot to mention when you got off the highway to notice the nice new wider than life road. Yeah they just finished that to deal with the LARGE amount of traffic influx thats been plagueing (all be it good for the local economy) the city since wal-mart went in. Nice that walmart have now moved after the construction just finished this year, moved to a close location that is now plagued with the same problems. Cool deal that they have now gotten the city to give incentives twice and will now force the city to redo streets twice. Now turn left on the highway and go home satisfied that you now know wal-mart does move out if they are not given incentives.
