That is the point I have yet to see anyone prove. Quite simply this should be quantifiable. Wal-Mart has been following the same practices in a great different types of economies successfully for decades now. Your point should be easy to prove, with available quantifiable data, released by cities and citizens that have been burned by "the system". These numbers do not exist anywhere online that I can find. What I find reads more like "the government did it" paranoia that we heard after 9/11.
