As you've never served in the military or fought in any war, much less WWII, that's quite an arrogant, as well as ignorant, opinion. Just cite a few examples, if if wasn't for the French in Revolutionary War we'd still be having afternoon tea. If it wasn't for the French Resistance in WWII we'd be speaking German or Japanese (especially Schmidt!) There are tens of thousands of French men and women who gave their lives for your freedom; So for you to desicrate their efforts is the height of ignorance, not to mention dishonor.
