What it this point? (what are you using to measure "this point"?)

3 years?
2000+ dead
15000+ wounded?
150 billion dollars in?

or tangible "improvements" to Iraq (all of which existed (in however
an evil state) before we went in)
restoration of basic prewar services (electricity, water, sewer)
a functional police force?
a functional army?
a functional goverenment?


We didn't do the work, we didn't make the sacrifices, and we didn't
make the hard calls, so how can we expect the results?
