Why nuclear as the option? Why not just level the place with conventional weapons? Isn't that exactly why we deeloped the "bunker buster" super-bombs?
Why would we EVER use nukes as a first option? Why would we want to put nukes on the table as a reasonable first response? If we can use them for a preemptive first strike, then why couldn't Pakistan?
