Considering that the other set of thieves waiting in the the wings would have taken my savings, the $100, and lifted my house right off its foundation and carted it away as well, I'm ahead. The unfortunate reality is that the Democrats and the Republicans both seem intent on ruining the long term finances of this country, so I'll take whatever small relief I can get.
