That's what I'm saying. They gained the legitimate ability to work with
Russia ona nuclear energy program. Russia built them a nuclear power plant,
and is perfectly willing and able to provide them with nuclear fuel, all
under the auspices of the NNTP and the watchful eye of the IAEA.
