Edmunds.com has done an article on this and they predict that gas would have to be at least "$5.60 per gallon for hybrid drivers to break even if they drove 15,000 miles per year over the five years"
Ok how does that break down for somebody who is driving 25,000 miles a year and plans on keeping the car for 10 years?
