Well, I'd like to think it means he'll be more direct about issues instead of trying to obviously BS people. One interesting screwup I heard was in response to the wiretapping issue and something to the effect of, "I wouldn't presume to declassify that program". Oops! Which means it exists, just that he can't talk about it.
