I pitched a proposal to a large organization a few months back and I am asked to do a presentation for a board of directors which includes, the CEO, COO, CFO, Dir of Quality Management, and others. Has anyone else had to do this? What else besides a few slides showing current setup, new setup, and a benefits overview would you include? TIA!
