This worked playing from a video file stored on the hard disk. It stretched it.
However...it seemed to me that it literally chopped out the picture that would have fallen beneath the bevels of the monitor instead of just continuing it on either side. I need to look at it again, but if it did that, that's not the way I expected it to work. When I tried to load Windows Encoder to stream the All In Wonder TV signal though, it popped an error saying that it did not have an encoder configured. We ended up watching the games using the ATI TV Player. I'm going to have to play around with Encoder and figure out why it didn't work. Another program, Mediaportal.com also did not work. So it may be an issue with ...well..some codec that I don't have installed for some reason? But I'm not sure.
