As for the child support enforcement, it's usually billed as parents taking responsibility for their children. Is that liberal do-goodism these days? It's so hard to keep track of the latest wierd ideas.... I suggest Google if you are still confused. I don't have a lot of experience with this, as I collect my own child support, but what I hear is way far from people being held responsible for the life they fertilize, lol.
