There's already been a bill passed in Oregon (I think, I would need to look it up), where if you live *IN* Oregon, and you play at any online poker site, with REAL money, funded FROM a bank account, it's illegal. It was in a recent issue of Bluff magazine I believe.
ALL online poker sites run from servers located out of the US already.
