But again, it is ALREADY illegal, if you are a resident of the united state,
to gamble online, no matter where the site originates from.

They are just having a hell of a time prosecuting people for it, and
obviously can't shut down the sites because they are housed on foreign soil.

So again, this is already illegal, it is already banned.....so what's new
with this legislation?
