Pork - Politicians get elected for giving money to their constituents.
 They go to DC to see how much *Federal* money they can get
redistributed to their state.  It's a food fight, and the nation as a
whole is losing.

Wealth redistribution - taking wealth from all of us as a nation and
giving it to specific people in certain states.
