I voted for him for Governor and I don't regret it even a little bit.
He didn't move things forward too much and I did disagree big time
with him on light rail (which is a HUGE debacle IMO) but it was
awesome!

He was always slamming people, was very practical and outspoken about
it, and his kid had a big party in the Governor's mansion.

Of course the best line he said was when he was confronted at the
steps of the capitol by hundreds of Welfare moms who were saying that
the government owed them Welfare because they couldn't  go to college
and take care of a kid at the same time.

Ventura replied (to ALL the cameras), "Well.  Maybe you should've
thought of that before you got pregnant."

You could've heard crickets chirp and the woman turned beet red and
looked totally dumbfounded.  After Ventura stared at her for about 20
seconds he thanked the crowd for coming and went into the capital, the
mob defeated.
