Well, I'm finally back home from our "vacation." I drove my family from Wilson, Ny to Durant, Ok - a drive of about 1400 miles each way. I managed to make it a two day drive each way... and I'm really glad I have today to recuperate from the drive home.
Brought home Christmas presents and a new family member - a 9 week old female mini daschund pup we've named "Moxie Rose." I'll post pics a little later. Needless to say she's positively precious! I didn't see any other driving horror stories. Traffic was light most of the way and gas prices went down from $2.43/gal here at home to $2.00/gal when I was down in Ok. Later!
