Makes you wonder if this is more of Bush seeing only the data he wants
rather than making good decisions based on all the data.

It's so ironic that the MBA president has been dismal at making
decisions on all the facts.  And, in this case, it makes you wonder if
Bush is more concerned about his legacy than soldiers lives.
