I'll probably have dug into it a bit more by then, know more, etc.. > The College of Pharmacy is using moodle, and I've been tasked with > > fleshing out/integrating the registration process with our processes. > > ya it's amazing sometimes what a college can do by having students do > stuff ::giggle:: It makes sense. It's retarded to be paying millions of dollars for stuff that you teach how to do. I mean, come on. We could be giving the students real world experience, stuff to put on resumes (real stuff-- not this, "I took X class so I theoretically know Y things" type whatnot.) and get custom, responsive software out of the deal. Everybody winsss. Well, if it could be kept going. There are certain logistical issues. Turn over, etc.. I've always admired Berkley for getting so much dope stuff out there. Considering some of the money comes from the state/whatnot, seems like it would make more sense to maximize, etc.. Course, this flies in the face of the whole "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" type mentality. like with textbooks, etc.. Guess that airline type mentality is sorta wide spread, neh? :-) Kickbacks ROCK! Just kidding. -Denny > Give some courses on building courses, building plugins, modifying the > > code baset..
