Scoots is still saying that it was Mr. Russert that told him and Mr. Russert is still saying that he learned of her identity from Novak like everyone else. Doesn't change much. Libbey's story is still mostly beyond credibility. It's blatantly obvious that Scoots lied to protect Cheney. What a loyal guy, but he's going to go to jail for it even though no underlying crime was committed.
