Subject: Where do you put your Save and Cancel buttons

I'm doing some maintenance on an older web app where I had put the
Save and Cancel buttons with the Cancel being on the left and save on
the right.  I started researching why I did that and found examples of
Apple doing this and a couple of Linux wm's doing this.  But then I
looked at gmail and Send was on the left.  Windows dialog boxes popup
with OK on the left.  So which do you use?
