Find a good credit union. I have OC Teachers Federal Credit Union. Switch to them from BofA in 1999. Never looked back since.

I just got a $35 overdraft fee from an old account that I should have already closed and should have switched ebay off of, but regardless of that, for a $12 fee, I was charged $35. Are any of the other banks not trying to bleed you dry with fees out the nose? Oh yeah, I forgot that since this account doesn't have over $500, in it, they've been charging me a $20 fee each month to maintain the account.
