Count me in too! Used to go fishing a lot when I was in college, although I
can't say I caught much of any worth! Unfortunately the years I did most of my
fishing was also when you weren't allowed to keep any stripers from the Bay,
due to over fishing, so missed out on one of the best sport fishes in my area.

As for ribs, the absolute best way to do them takes pretty much all day...but
worth it if you want awesome ribs. Do your marinade, spice rub, whatever for a
couple hours in the fridge. Then take them out and wrap them in saran wrap,
then in heavy duty alumininum foil, so none of the plastic is visible. Put in a
tray and cook at 250 for about 3 hours. Take them out and finish them on the
grill with whatever sauce you want. You'll have the most tender,
falling-off-the-bones ribs you can get.
