off the top of my head, I'd suggest creating another user with administrative privileges and seeing if that user do it. This is just what my next move would be, the rationale being possibly a corrupt profile (?) If Chesty has a suggestion, though, I would listen -- he has more resources on this. I can't reproduce your issue till I get my laptop power cord from the car, and if I am going to leave the office I may as well get lunch while I am at it, lol.
