Just a little update on my problem customer...apparently I wasn't quite rude 
enough to persuade him to look elsewhere...he ended up purchasing the software 
and has continued driving us all nuts on my email list. He just constantly 
posts about all the things he thinks the software should do or areas that he 
wants to work differently, questions that are answered with a quick glance at 
the documentation, etc. I've even had other people on the list emailing me 
privately about what a PITA this guy is. At least I know it's not just me. ;-)
