Well, Comcast is not exactly a paragon of customer support. My cable TV service with them has been majorly screwed up for at least 3 weeks now and they still haven't gotten it fixed. I do have their DVR and I've used Tivos in the past, and while the Tivo is definitely a little nicer, it's not a huge difference any more. Certainly not enough that I'd even consider buying a standalone Tivo anymore now that they dropped the lifetime membership option. I'd consider switching to DirecTV, but then I'll have to pay a lot more for my cable internet with Comcast (can't get DSL out here) and the only NFL teams I care to watch I get on my local channels so certainly better than paying for NFL ticket (or paying extra to get local channels). It's just all such a racket no matter which way you go! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Get the answers you are looking for on the ColdFusion Labs Forum direct from active programmers and developers. http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/webforums/forum/categories.cfm?forumid-72&catid=648 Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:240438 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
