I wilt some diced onions and sweat some garlic together then add diced 
tomatoes, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper and cook it about 10 to 15 minutes 
minutes.  If you skin the tomatoes before dicing the sauce will be better, but 
if you like the cooked skins, leave them on.  Everything is to taste, so if you 
like basil, add more.  I persoanlly like rosemary.

I serve it over whole wheat angle hair usually
