Fine, let's take another example. Let's say solar flare activity 10M years ago caused warming, and solar flare activity now is causing it again. What do we do about it? Nothing. No one even knows whether increased CO2 in the atmosphere is the primary cause of our current warming trend. Yet the church of global warming marches on, deaf to the possibility that their core belief is a fairy tale.
No one (except China) is advocating pumping lots more CO2 into the atmosphere. Why is it that the ALGORE fringe is obsessed by this notion that there is some dark sinister enemy of responsible stewardship of the planet? Why is that? The Left needs a boogeyman to fear, and they don't believe terrorism, so they have to make up a demon closer to home? I just don't get it.
