For an easy way to annoy BoA (and not hurt your credit rating) overpay 
by a few cents.

They are obligated, by federal law, to send you a report every month if 
there is a balance (positive or negative) on the card.  Make sure you 
requested paper billing, so they have to pay for the paper, printing, 
postage, etc.

Eventually, they will probably send you a check.  Cash it.  Charge a 
candy bar and a soda.  Overpay your bill by a few cents.....
