Same here... I am disputing a fuel charge that was on my receipt. I filled it up and they charged me anyways.
In part of the back and forth phone calls with the car rental agency, she mentioned that the log all car they fuel in a log book because the EPA requires it. I asked for her to fax me the page of the log book and she said she can not. Is there such a thing? I log book required by the EPA? That is my question.
