Qaulity of life should be more up your alley. You don't come across to me as someone that wouold really enjoy office politics and the BS that comes with having to "manage" people. I much prefer to think of my happy morchella at a place where he can spread his wings in different directions, challenge his mind and live a fulfilling family life tinkering around the house spending time with wifey and enjoying the fruits of your labors ...
