You might find that the walkthrough was a generic sequence shot by and
supplied to the agent by the home builder for an entire block of homes in
that subdivision (which appears to be rather new from the satellite photos).
And I'm not sure, but at first glance the agent appears to be one of the
relatively new "hybrid" agent services that are mostly online with some
professional services added on for an additional fee (the kind the listing
services are trying to block access to), which lets a person sign up online
(potentially fraudulently) and engage basic services for a relatively small
fee.

The rent is not ridiculously low because, if I'm right about this, they want
people with enough credit to make their identity theft worthwhile.

Who knows -- you might hear about this tactic being the next wave in
identity theft. And the stakes could be considerably higher than normal, if
they're doing what I think they might be doing, with homes bought and
flipped before the victim even knows it's happened, and ending up in debt to
the originating bank to the tune of many thousands of dollars.

Of course, I'm just guessing here.
