I've got friends that swear by it... or a glass of wine after dinner. Personally I've simply never liked the taste of alcohol (despite various periods of friends claiming "you'll like THIS!") and never saw the need to spend enough on it to acquire the taste of something I've been perfectly happy without in the first place.
