Without 9/11, there isn't a snowball's chance in hell that Bush gets the backing necessary to invade Iraq. Not going to happen.
That is what I meant when I said that 9/11 made the attack on Iraq possible. Maybe the word "cause" isn't the right word, but the fact is...without 9/11, no Iraq.
