I like Rachael Ray's method of having a big bowl on the counter where you're
working to put scraps, wrappers, etc., so you don't have to keep running to
the garbage disposal or trash can. Saves a lot of time and steps.

Spot on Tony. I'm always cleaning while I cook, it's so automatic I don't
even realize I'm doing it. There's very little dishes left after I prepare a
meal. It's part of what makes me tick though. I can't relax and enjoy a meal
knowing there's dirty dishes crusting in the sink. <shudders>
