Once the space shuttle is retired they will return to old style ROCKETS.
They will use capsules and a smaller delta 2 i think it was rocket for
capsule with human astronauts. They are still debating if the capsules will
land in the ocean or land.

Then they will use larger rockets for deploying heavy payload.
