so i was just offered a position today. will get it in writing tomorrow. i have been there 4 months as a contractor. the offer is 10k below what they verbaly offerd me 2 months ago is it ok to counter splitting difference or could that get me in shit? just curious what others have done? i did get them to bump me from 2 weeks of V to 3 and get to work e-mote 3 out of 5 days.
