Yeah, that's pretty much how I read it. The gun rights folks forget that automatic weapons, rocket launchers, and nukes are banned federally even though I'd classify them as "arms". So who do you reconcile that with the 2nd? You don't. I'm guessing that SCOTUS will punt, but they shouldn't - gun rights should be left up to the states; that way we can let the experimenting begin. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;160198600;22374440;w Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:256675 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
