The problem is we're too afraid. We're afraid of being called racist. We're
afraid of being called sexist. We're afraid people saying we discriminate
based on religion. We've become so wallowed in guilt and fear that we allow
the most insane things to just slide by. I've seen nationwide news of
terrorist attacks in this country played down as disgruntled employees,
mentally ill, etc. When someone drives into a crowd yelling out a call to
their god, that's not an accident or a college dispute - It's an attack.
We're too afraid of 'insulting' the sensitivities of people to call it what
it is.
And then there's groups like CAIR, funded by foreign governments,
specifically designed to play on that fear and foment it.
