I usually don't have this problem (although I stepped in a huge steaming pile just yesterday so it's still a little raw on the nerves) but I have a garbage problem. I have a very large street facing (I'm on the corner: 150' on the front, 50' on the side) and it seems like EVERYBODY parks in front of my house... which I wouldn't mind except that it's like EVERYBODY also throws their garbage on my lawn. I can't seem to go two days without coffee cups or cigarette boxes out there (always "Parliments" so I'm thinking it's the same guy). Of course I've never CAUGHT them... but someday I will and all that pent-up frustration is gonna come barreling out! I told my wife I was going to make a sign for the front: "Give a Hoot! Stop throwing shit on my lawn!"
