I had all that in my old place in DC plus a humidifier and a ultra violet anti bacterial system (the guy that I bought the condo from owned a heating and ac business)
We've got a split system, I'd like to put a high end filtration system in but I'd literally have to buy two. -- Scott Stewart ColdFusion Developer SSTWebworks 4405 Oakshyre Way Raleigh, NC. 27616 (919) 874-6229 (home) (703) 220-2835 (cell) -----Original Message----- From: Rick Root [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, April 29, 2008 4:13 PM To: CF-Community Subject: Re: where's my $600 Actually it's only a 2 ton (or 2.5 ton) gas pack.. but it's a Lennox not some piece of crap builder grade shit, and it's a 15 SEER high efficiency system with variable speed fan. Actually it was about $5k ... I bought a thermostat ($200) and a super high end filtration system at my wife's request ($1000) and got a $1000 rebate so really.. about $5200 total. by comparison, the low end quote I got (on a builder grade Goodman system) was about $3400... and that was the lower quote, I had a second company give me a couple quotes as well that were much higher. Still. Expensive. I might get a tax credit though for the high efficiency (15 SEER) part. rick On Tue, Apr 29, 2008 at 4:06 PM, Scott Stewart <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > HOLY SHIT!!! > > How big is your house....? > > Although that big "gas pack" that's stuck outside the crawlspace at my > place > Just screams "more expensive than most used cars" to replace. > > -- > Scott Stewart > ColdFusion Developer > > SSTWebworks > 4405 Oakshyre Way > Raleigh, NC. 27616 > (919) 874-6229 (home) > (703) 220-2835 (cell) > > -----Original Message----- > From: Rick Root [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Tuesday, April 29, 2008 3:58 PM > To: CF-Community > Subject: Re: where's my $600 > > On Mon, Apr 28, 2008 at 1:28 PM, Jacob <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > So.. anybody have any plans set for your stimulus money? > > > Pay off part of $6200 HVAC system I had to put in last month. > > > Rick Root > New Brian Vander Ark Album, songs in the music player and cool behind the > scenes video at www.myspace.com/brianvanderark > > > > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;192386516;25150098;k Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:259324 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
