Don't tell me you took this guy's quote and just decided yes/no. Tell me this guy knew ahead of time that you were discussing his bid on various HVAC forums and consumer advocacy sites, and taking bids from multiple vendors, and that he needed to itemize his quote and specify brand and model number on each line item, yes? Tell me you have a written *factory* warranty *in hand* and that you matched it to the vendor's claim of term and filled it out and sent it in and got confirmation that they received it.
