mostly not from what I gather. A lot of them were given up for reward money
by people who thought they were getting uppity. At least that is what their
lawyers say. But even if they were picked up on the battlefield -- fighting
American soldiers who are in your country does not amount to a war crime,
hard as that is for some people to believe.
