The body of an elite athlete burns calories at a phenomenal  rate, none 
of it sits in his system  long enough to stay as fat
His regiment  is going to be very different than what you and I call a 
workout, each program that he does is designed to push his body to the 
absolute limit and beyond.

That and the kid looks like he's close to 0% body fat, all of that 
muscle needs calories to maintain.
