I can't understand that at all. It's just alien to both of the cultures I live in. 
Judaism assigns the conjugal rights to the woman and the husband is supposed to 
'please' her even in cases where reproduction is not possible or already happening 
(such as when pregnant). If we weren't supposed to have pleasure from our bodies, why 
were we given the capacity.
I know some cultures say "to prove our dedication to God by holding back". I reject 
that. You can have strictures that say when and where pleasure is allowed but still 
have it allowed. The 'rules' of sex in Judaism are rather large and involved, but one 
thing set down specifically is to please your spouse. It's a joining of two people 
together.
