In a curious bit of policy by fiat, he actually became one quarter Russian (round about) when he was younger. His mother was a full blood Aleut, his father german-irish. So when he was born he was half-blood Aleut. Apparently there were some problems with having so many natives or some such and it was decided at a later point that there were no full blood Aleuts. With all the historical raping, pillaging, whoring, by Russians (primarily) etc, the government decided that all full blooded Aleuts were actually half bloods and pass it on down the line. Or so I was told.
