The joke started with me telling Sam the PC police were coming to get him. Will pointed out that it was better than warrantless wiretappers, who are real, while the PC police are fictional. I concluded with the wiretap on Obama joke as a bookend to the PC police joke. No one is going to tap Obama's calls, just as no one is going to come and drag Sam away for being un-PC. That's the joke.
