The lady is pathological. She looks right into the camera and says she was "cleared of wrongdoing and unethical behavior".
It's the exact opposite in fact: she was found in direct violation of the state ethics act. Her lie is based on the line that says that a hypothetical gov - not her - could hypothetically remove wooten as long as they didn't violate any other laws in doing so. In her case finding #1 has zero ambiguity: she abused power and violated state ethics law. Does it not bother anyone else that a VP candidate looks into the camera and shamelessly lies?
